Premier Advisory is proud to announce that we have signed up to be part of the Disability Confident Scheme. The scheme, which counts the number of paid employees working at Disability Confident business at 11 million, is in place to support employers in getting the most out of the talents disabled people can offer the workplace.
Disability Confident falls in line with our diverse workforce and is a unique opportunity to champion inclusivity whilst also finding invaluable new team members. It was developed by employers and disabled people’s representatives to make it rigorous but easily accessible, particularly for smaller businesses. As a Disability Confident Employer PAG sits at Level 2 of the scheme’s 3-tiered system; this means we’ve successfully assessed our organisation’s readiness in not only getting the right people into the business, but keeping and developing them too. Disability Confident recognises level 2 businesses as going the extra mile to ensure disabled people are getting a fair chance.
