30 hours

In 2018 and 2019 we have been helping local authorities and individual childcare providers with business modelling and sustainability support, which has – in turn – helped to ensure that there is a requisite and growing availability of localised 30 hours childcare places.
We can also similarly support local authorities who wish to sustain or boost localised funded/free entitlement for 2 year old places. In 2018 and 2019 (our clients can testify that) we have been directly responsible for the establishment of 100’s of more localised 30 hours childcare places.

Quality Improvement and Compliance service

Our Quality Improvement and Compliance service is managed by the same experienced personnel and can provide leadership and management support around the improving the quality and consistency of early years and out of school childcare provision(s), including through mentoring, business strategies, compliance with regulatory requirements and creating an inherent culture and legacy of continuous quality improvement.

Business Modelling and Sustainability service

Our Business Modelling and Sustainability service is managed by team members who own and manage their successful daycare provisions themselves and who therefore have first hand experience of the challenges and issues that the early years and out of school childcare sector(s) face. The team are also very experienced in working with localised registered childminders.
The team can support clients with business planning, marketing strategies, sufficiency strategies, improving income generation, applying cost savings (and boosting turnover and profits), recruitment plans and tailored sustainability measures.
