Early Years Business Support
30 hours childcare
Since the introduction of '30 hours', PAG has worked in partnership with local authorities and individual childcare providers to ensure there are sufficient, sustainable places available for parents/carers. Working remotely and on-site, our business modelling and sustainability support has been responsible for creating hundreds of additional places.
PAG can also support local authorities who wish to sustain or boost localised funded/free entitlement for 2 year old places. Our work has helped childcare providers prosper while supporting local authorities to meet their statutory obligations to provide sufficient places.
Quality Improvement and Compliance Service
Business Modelling and Sustainability
PAG's Business Modelling and Sustainability consultancy is managed by team members who own and manage their successful daycare provisions themselves. This gives them first-hand knowledge and experience of the challenges and issues that the early years and out of school childcare sectors face.
The PAG team is also highly experienced in working with registered childminders. PAG supports clients with business planning, marketing, sufficiency strategies, and improving income generation. By increasing turnover and improving profits, our work contributes towards sector sustainability.
"PAG was commissioned by London Borough of Hounslow to carry out a 30 Hours Sufficiency Assessment. They had a professional approach, listened carefully to our requirements, engaged extensively with our providers, gave regular updates on progress and were responsive to requests to further develop data as required. The final report contributed to planning for the sufficiency of 30 hour places in Hounslow."
