Role: Executive Assistant We are an SME with fast-paced working practices and a team which is based across the UK. We provide professional services including strategy consultancy, management consultancy, bid-writing, project management, research and advisory across the education and related sectors. Our clients span the market, from schools and academy trusts to charities, to Local Authorities, to housing developers.
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 pro rata
Start date: Immediate
Location: Home-based with potential travel within England and Wales

Knowledge
This opportunity is open to those with 2+ years’ experience in a similar administrative role.
Responsibilities
• Manage professional scheduling for Directors, including agendas, email, calls, travel
arrangements, and similar.
• Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management.
• Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives’ travel and travel-related activities,
including hotel booking, and transportation.
• Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation,
and maintenance of filing system and contact database.
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion
when interfacing with the business.
• Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite.
• Provide support to the finance team, including processing invoices, and updating
computerised accounting systems.
Skills
You will:
• Be an articulate writer who is able to communicate with both senior and junior stakeholders with respect and clarity.
• Be enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• Be a completer finisher with dedication to quality.
• Possess the patience and attention to detail to carry out administrative tasks swiftly and
reliably.
• Possess, or be enthusiastic about gaining an, understanding of financial processes.
• Possess strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple
projects at once.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.

Location: Home-based with potential travel within England and Wales
Length: 4-6 months
You'll work directly with our clients on a range of projects, contribute to business generation, and learn about operational management within an SME. You'll also receive coaching from our Directors, and our staff team will help you to build on your existing interests and skills in education and professional services, preparing you for your next steps.
