The PAG Internship & Internship Passport

The PAG internship is both a rewarding and challenging experience. All members of the PAG team from director to associate consultant are involved in a wide range of projects, often running simultaneously. PAG interns are an integral part of our team who participate actively in all areas of our business.
As a PAG intern, you are expected to take initiative, seek out opportunities to involve yourself in projects, and contribute actively to the team. You will be required to work independently, and often to tough deadlines. Successful PAG interns thrive on this, and in return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive the kind of variety, responsibility, and support that is hard to find in other internship programmes.
At PAG you are part of a team that works hard for its clients, and where every member supports each other to deliver the top-quality work that has seen our company grow, and our reputation develop as education consultants at the pinnacle of what we do.

The Internship Passport acts as a guide to take you through the range of duties and skills required to thrive at PAG. While essentially a modular programme, the nature of our business dictates that many modules will run side-by-side and be undertaken organically over the course of your time with us.
You will be guided through the process by your line manager with weekly meetings to ensure you are progressing as expected and to enable you to have a supportive contact throughout your time with us. Many of our interns go on to have successful careers here at PAG, and the PAG Internship & Internship Passport acts as the perfect introduction.
