The Task
We’re retained by a range of clients, for varying types of work. All our work starts with a conversation and as we represent a number of creative and dynamic clients, these conversations happen pretty regularly. We needed to find away whereby our clients could access our expertise and quickly reach as decision as to whether to proceed with a particular course of action. PAG On Call was born…
Our Activities
Subscribing clients like Michaela are able to access our On Call service via phone or email. The service is designed to ‘triage’ any request to reach a decision on how/if to proceed within 30 minutes. If we can give an answer in 30 mins (or thereabouts), this is included in the subscription. There is no limit to the number of times client can access the service as we figure that if our clients are speaking to us and getting value from the conversation, they’re not speaking to anyone else!
As part of the service, all PAG On Call clients receive regular sector/specialism specific updates and market briefings. They also receive early warning and reminders around potential opportunities relevant to our previous work together and our understanding of their needs. This is particularly valuable in the education sector where key announcements around funding and new initiatives are often released at inopportune times.
The Outcomes of our work
Within three months of launch PAG On Call already had over 80% take up within our client base. During this time we have been able to answer every query we have received within the allotted time or provided a proposal for further work that has been accepted. Clients like Michaela say that the value the accessibility of the service and the fact that they get an external opinion that is grounded in a good understanding of their context.
